The second installment in the “Anansi Goes To Hospital” series, the reader follows the journey of the Anansi character who has been diagnosed with Osteosarcoma – cancer of the bone. Written for primarily for children aged 6-10 years old, this series has captured the attention of teens and adults.

Designed to bring greater awareness of childhood cancer, it is based on the author’s experience with her son Jabez ‘JB’ Joseph who was diagnosed with Alveolar Rhabdomyosarcoma (cancer of the muscle) in 2005 at the age of 3 1⁄2 years old and succumbed to his illness at 5 1⁄2 years old. Part proceeds to The Just Because Foundation.
